Jessica's path was paved starting with a Bachelor's of Arts in Broadcasting and Communications from the University of Central Florida. She has always had a heart for people and a strong desire to connect with others. Her journey continued when she received a Master's of Social Work, solidifying her commitment to guiding others towards positive change. With over 15 years of clinical experience as a mental health professional, Jessica attributes her openness and ability to work alongside diverse ethnic populations to her varied experience in the mental health field. Jessica worked with adults, children and families in need in London,UK for over 3 years before deciding to return home to continue her work in roles such as a school therapist, family therapist, and group facilitator. Jessica has worked with individuals (adults/adolescents), couples, and families. Jessica's dedication to the well-being of individuals led her to Northeast Georgia Counseling in 2014, where she brings her unique perspective and dynamic personality to her role. In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and her animated children. Jessica thrives on family outings, sports, and spiritual pursuits. Her commitment to youth shines through coaching youth sports, while her love for non-fiction books and exploration adds depth to her vibrant nature. Guided by the mantra "Resilience is not what happens to you, but how you react to it," Jessica's approachable nature fosters growth and connection.
